Program Overview
Helping Hearts Training Center’s Phlebotomy Technician Program is designed to prepare students with the essential skills needed for entry-level positions as Phlebotomists in various healthcare settings, such as medical offices and laboratories. This program combines comprehensive online and on-campus training to build a strong foundation in phlebotomy procedures and patient care.

PH-601: Introduction to Phlebotomy, Law, and Ethics (Online) - 15 hours
PH-602: Anatomy & Physiology (Online) - 15 hours
PH-603: Phlebotomy Equipment (Online) - 15 hours
PH-604: Safety in Phlebotomy, HIV/AIDS (Hybrid) - 15 hours
PH-605: Phlebotomy Techniques (On-Campus) - 60 hours
PH-606: Specimen Considerations & Special Procedures (On-Campus) - 45 hours

Admissions Requirements

To enroll, applicants must:
Hold a high school diploma or GED.
Present valid CPR certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross, including Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.

Graduation Requirements
Graduates will receive a Phlebotomy Technician Certificate from Helping Hearts Training Center upon successful completion of all courses and a minimum CGPA of 70%.
